Cornelia Lohninger-Mack
COO and Leadership-Expert at xm-institute. Since 2 years on board. Broad leadership experience in tourism and nearly 20 years of experience consulting and coaching executives and owners. Many years of expertise in medium-sized and family businesses. Extensive education in the fields of psychology, coaching and systemic consulting, e.g. at the SySt®-Institute Munich, at the University of Osnabrück/ PSI, Heart Math Institute California and further trainings in a variety of methods and approaches, e.g. Solution Focusing, Hypnosystemics, et al. Dr. Oliver Mack
Founder and mastermind of the xm-institute, since 2014 with the idea to make consulting more research and science oriented and to make academic research from various disciplines usable for leadership and consulting. Hard to pin down to one dimension since a young age: Over 20 years of top management consulting experience, over 10 years of industry leadership experience in various industries and roles. Research and teaching at various universities in Canada, Germany and Austria. Tech professional and digital native since the beginning, nerd and business expert, entrepreneur, startup mentor and advisory board member. Pragmatic thought leader.

Lothar Köppl
Professional training as an industrial mechanic and personal and professional development as a two-time entrepreneur, active for over 18 years as a systemic organizational consultant and systemic coach, management of the consulting firm konmedio. Design and implementation of numerous executive and team development projects in various corporations and SMEs, management of complex and agile organizational development projects in corporations and administrations.
Co-founder and 20 years partner at teamprament-team with the company focus: Qualification of young future shapers on the topics of emotional as well as social competence and sustainable action in digital worlds. He has held management responsibility since 1999; in 2018 he left temprament-team as a shareholder and joined the advisory board.
Member of the Supervisory Board at Hutner AG.

Partners from science and implementers for practice
The xm-institute also sees itself as a global virtual network. It lives above all through the voluntary and, as a rule, almost unpaid commitment of a core of interested parties and thus a structure of action. The xm-institute is represented by hubs in Europe, America and Asia. The institute has its origin and currently most active network in Europe and Austria/Germany.
Canada/ USA
The American hub is located in the middle of Canada in Edmonton, Alberta. From here, our virtual network spans scientists at various universities as well as practitioners in small and large companies in Canada to the USA. Contact points in Silicon Valley also ensure that we follow and understand current developments here.
Europe
The founding location Vienna and the current physical core of the xm-institute Salzburg is in Austria. From here, the European network spans other Austrian cities to Germany, Switzerland and the UK with contact points such as startups, large corporations, consultants, scientists, supervisory boards, young leaders. We maintain contacts in the most important digital hubs, such as Berlin, Munich or Vienna, and work together with experts from a wide range of disciplines, such as computer scientists, ethnologists, psychologists, sociologists, biologists, business economists and medical doctors.
Asia
With a hub in Kyoto/ Japan, we have a network in Asia in Japan and Singapore with access to scientists and practitioners from various disciplines.
